If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly provide a free replacement or refund.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the issue. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is custom-made, and for this reason, we cannot restock returned products.
