This store is operated by TASSILIX, based in Laval, Québec, Canada. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean TASSILIX. These terms apply to use of tassilix.com and purchases from our store, together with the policies linked below.
Using the store
You must have the legal capacity to place an order, or permission from a parent or guardian where applicable. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with its security, or unauthorized copying of its content.
Products, sizes, and frames
We sell made-to-order anime posters and wall art. The selected product, size, frame, and any set contents are described on the product page and order confirmation. Quantity refers to the selected product or set.
Unframed prints do not include a frame. Framed prints arrive with the artwork fitted in the selected frame and ready to hang. Room images show styling examples; accessories or furnishings shown in those images are not included unless expressly listed.
Centimeter equivalents displayed beside inch sizes are rounded approximations. Refer to the selected inch size for the dimensions ordered. Colors can look different between screens and printed materials; this does not limit rights relating to defects or products that do not match their description.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your shopping country or region. Taxes and any applicable shipping charges shown at checkout form part of the final total before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction charges.
If a pricing or availability error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options rather than apply an unexpected additional charge. If we cancel an order for which payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
Orders and changes
Check your artwork, size, frame, quantity, and address before submitting your order. Contact support@tassilix.com promptly to request a change or cancellation. We will confirm whether it can be made based on the production and shipping status. We may decline orders where necessary for fraud prevention, unavailable items, or other lawful reasons.
Shipping
Production and delivery estimates, free US shipping, international shipping charges, and delivery assistance are explained in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and do not exclude mandatory rights concerning delivery.
Returns and refunds

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed. Shopify hosts the store and provides the commerce platform. Payment, production, and delivery services may be provided by third parties.
Intellectual property and external links
Rights in website content, logos, artwork, characters, and trademarks remain with their respective owners. Buying a physical print does not transfer copyright or authorize reproduction or resale of copied artwork. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and are subject to those websites' own terms and privacy practices.
Website information and liability
We aim to keep product and website information accurate, but errors or interruptions may occur. Any limitations of liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of Québec and applicable Canadian law. This does not take away mandatory protections or rights to bring a claim that apply where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the store. The updated date will appear above. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights or alter an existing order's agreed terms without a lawful basis.
