This website is operated by Tassilix. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tassilix. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to these terms.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the required consent. You may not use our products or Service for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Personalized Products & Uploaded Content
Tassilix sells personalized iPhone cases made from customer-submitted images. You confirm that you own the content you upload or have permission to use it. You grant Tassilix and its service, production, and fulfillment providers a limited license to process and reproduce that content only as needed to preview, produce, fulfill, support, and document your order.
We may reject or cancel an order containing unlawful, infringing, hateful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content.
3. Mockups, Product Appearance & Compatibility
The generated mockup is an approximate visual guide rather than a guarantee of the exact finished result. Placement, scale, and color may vary slightly by iPhone model, screen settings, printing, and production. You are responsible for reviewing the mockup and selecting the correct iPhone model before checkout.
4. Orders & Billing
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, account, and shipping information. We may refuse or cancel an order subject to applicable law. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue the applicable refund.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated arrival is 7–14 days total, including printing, production, and delivery. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date. Review our Shipping Policy for current details.
6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because each case is personalized and made to order, change-of-mind, image-preference, and wrong-model returns are not accepted except where required by law. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or confirmed-lost items are handled under our Refund & Replacement Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Tassilix branding, logos, original text, site design, and content created by or licensed to Tassilix may not be copied without permission. Customers retain their rights in uploaded content and remain responsible for having permission to use it.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to These Terms
Changes take effect when posted, subject to applicable law.
